Promotional Caps With Your Logo
Custom caps and bucket hats embroided or printed make for a fabulous seamless look.
Brand new to us we now have kids sized branded caps. They look just as stylish as the adult ones except in a smaller size for kid heads!!
Australian companies love promotional caps above most other promotional products. Why? We have a sunburnt country and we love the outdoors. What better way to relate to your potential customers than having a well embroided company cap. Its both professional and casual at the same time. This means as conference caps and tradeshow having a personalised cap well branded will always be in vogue.
There are various type of promotional caps you can choose from, such as Branded Baseball Cap, Personalized Kids Caps, Customised Corporate Caps and tradeshow caps, and many more!
We have promotional caps with a mesh back which we affectionately call the truckie cap!!
Generally speaking there are 2 ways to brand a cap. Our favourite and most recomended method is embroidery. Embroided caps are emblazoned via threads in various colours which are digitally computer controlled to weave your logo into the fabric of your promotional headwear. This allows for durability as well as a great finish to boot.
If you want something different, we have 3D embroidery, this is an innovative branding method that can give a 3D look for your corporate logo. Although the cost will be slightly higher than the normal embroidery, but you pay what you get. The printed logo not only have a 3D look, but also you can feel the logo by touching. Below is a picture shows how 3d embroidery looks like. If you would like to ask us some questions, please fell free to contact us by email to sales@cubicpromote.com.au or ring us on 02-9232 2163.

The second method to brand a custom headwear piece is by using screen printing. This ancient method of branding is thoroughly modernised today of course and can still give you great results on a customised cap. Its recomended when there is a large area of branding which can get quite expensive for embroidery but is cheaper when using screen printing. Only spot colours are possible.
Other less popular ways of branding on promo caps is by sublimation. These give fantastic results at an economical price and you can even do full colour too! Its not as popular for the reason that sublimation requires larger order volumes in order to brand custom headwear.

There are several ways we utilize your logo to brand on our caps for your promotional use. I'll start with my least favourite method. This is by screen printing. Generally screen printing is a pretty cool process for branding which involves ink... + a special screen which has your intended print cut out so that the ink will flow around the screen to create your image. I dont recomend this method on caps because on a branded cap it makes the item look cheaper than it should. It looks classy on t shirts... however in my opinion not on caps. Worse still the cost is just as high as embroidery. This leads me to the other method for branding. Embroidery on caps is highly recomended for best results? Why? Well it allows for different coloured thread to brand your logo in different spot colours. This is not possible using conventional screen printing. It also gives the cap a more luxurious feel about it too!! Next blog topic I'll go into more detail about 3d embroidery which is an exciting new method for printed caps which allow for not just embroidery of your image but utilizing a heavy heavy quantity of thread allows for the image to "pop"up and look 3 dimensional.

Promotional caps have long been used in conjunct with the promotional printed t shirts as a set of promotional tool. You can notice on the street, when big corporate such as Pepsi or Coca Cola is doing promotions, all the relevant staffs will wear printed promotional t shirts together with a branded caps as well. To match the corporate colour, the caps will be in royal blue for Pepsi or Red for Coca cola. This promotional apparel set is so eye catching that I don't even need to look carefully and I will know what company is doing the promotion. You don't need a big budget to have what Coca Cola or Pepsi is doing, simply contact us with some basic ideas, and we will take you from there.
